Ofrecemos entrega a través de Canada Post. Por el momento solo enviamos a toda Canadá.
Nuestro objetivo principal es despachar nuestros envíos dentro de las primeras 24 horas de su pedido en el GTA y dentro de los 3 a 5 días hábiles los pedidos en las provincias fuera de Ontario. No realizamos envíos ni entregas los domingos ni festivos.
Nuestros costos de envío serán de acuerdo con las tarifas de Canada Post y se basarán en el destino, el peso y la longitud del paquete. El precio estipulado aproximado está basado en las tarifas más bajas, oscilando dentro del rango de C$4.4 (menos de 0.500 kg) y desde C$13 (más de 0.500 kg) para áreas fuera de Toronto o Mississauga.
Para algunos paquetes de más de 0.500 kg y según la longitud del paquete, el costo de envío aumentará. Nos pondremos en contacto con usted para una cotización exacta a través de firstname.lastname@example.org

We offer delivery via Canada Post. At the moment we only ship to all of Canada.
Our primary goal is to deliver our shipments within the first 24 hours of your order and products should arrive within 3 to 5 business days of shipment in provinces outside of Ontario. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
Our shipping costs will be according to what Canada Post rates and will be based on the destination, weight and length of the package. The approximate stipulated price is approximately within C$4.4 (under 0.500 kg) and since C$ 13 (over 0.500 kg) for areas outside of Toronto or Mississauga.
For some packages over 0.500 kg and according to the length of the package, the shipping cost will increase. We will contact to you for an exact quote through email@example.com
For the Toronto and Mississauga Area we offer free delivery service.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will always hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund, within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be like new and in its original packaging. All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a registered service.
Products purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser.
Send us an email prior to a return to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Repack your item whenever possible in the original packaging. You must ensure that the products are properly packaged to protect them from damage.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

For the return, we recommend that you use Canada Post and purchase a tracking number and keep it until you receive email confirmation that we are processing your return. (Please note that we do not refund postage for non-defective items.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
